What we treat.

If something hurts, find it below to see how we approach it. Don't see your issue? Call us. We probably treat it.

What to expect on your first visit.

Most patients are anxious before a first PT visit. Here's what actually happens at our Franklin clinic, in plain steps.

What to bring

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • Any imaging or referral notes (X-ray, MRI, surgeon orders)
  • A list of questions for your doctor

Filling out forms online ahead of time saves you 10–15 minutes at the front desk.

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early

You'll fill out a short intake at the front desk. If you complete forms online ahead of time, you can show up at your appointment time.

  2. Sit down with your doctor

Your Doctor of Physical Therapy walks through your history, current pain, and what you're trying to get back to.

  3. Hands-on evaluation

Range of motion, strength, movement patterns. We figure out what's actually driving the pain, not just where it hurts.

  4. Plan and first treatment

Your doctor explains the findings, builds a written plan, and starts treatment in the same visit. You leave with a clear next step.

“I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I'd heard stories of people spending five or six months to rehab. I listened to the professionals at Beyond, did the work, and we were done in seven weeks. These people should wear capes.”
Brad B. Google review
“Beyond PT has provided me with the best experience I've ever had with PT. After just a few months, my shoulder is back to full ROM and I'm able to get back to lifting and working out.”
